Who owns the code and IP?: You do — full ownership of all deliverables transfers on final payment.
How do you handle our data?: NDA on request, least-access by default, and processing terms spelled out per engagement. See our Privacy Policy.
What timezones do you cover?: We work from Dhaka (GMT+6) with reserved overlap slots for CET and EST clients.
How do you price engagements?: Fixed-scope work is quoted as a single price against a defined outcome; a dedicated team or retainer is billed by the sprint or month. You see the estimate before anything starts, and scope changes are priced before we build them.
Can you work alongside our in-house team?: Yes. As a dedicated team we share your repository and CI, review each other's pull requests, and add senior capacity where you need it — without taking ownership away from the people who run it after us.
What happens after launch?: Your choice: a clean handover with documentation and a walkthrough so your team runs it, or a retainer where we operate, monitor, and evolve the system. Either way, you keep the code and the keys.
